The 8-port one digital path Avocent® DSR®1031 KVM switch gives administrators virtual media capability through DSView® 3 management software to remotely load software onto target devices in branch locations. DSR1021 KVM Switch

The Avocent® DSR®1021 KVM switch is specifically designed for you to easily troubleshoot, reboot or even power cycle servers or serial devices in branch offices, avoiding the need for costly on-site service calls. The DSR1021 switch includes eight configurable ports for maximum flexibility and supports PS/2 and USB servers. External modem support allows access to remote devices if your network is down. Combined with DSView® 3 management software and a Web browser, the DSR1021 switch provides one-screen, BIOS-level control of your branch offices’ servers, routers and DSUs. Hub and spoke failover capability allows users to authenticate when a primary server is unavailable.
