SmartCabinet II
Network security taken to a new level, the new SmartCabinet II provides keyless access control connected directly to a proactive management solution. Using PCS's vast enterprise management experience and flexible hardware components from OPTO 22, SmartCabinet II offers the following features:

The Secure Choice

• Remote monitoring and log of personnel access of each door.
• Remotely monitors and creates personnel logs when doors are accessed.
• Sends notification when security is breached.
• Ensures all doors are securely latched.
• When maintenance is required, temporary access codes may be assigned or the door may be opened remotely.
• Optional temperature sensor provides remote monitoring of interior cabinet temperature.

• Cost reductions are realized from the innovative redesign of the Smart Master Unit, able to operate 16 enclosures per serial module.
• Field retrofitable to any SMC Enclosure.
• Ethernet capability makes monitoring possible from anywhere in the world.

There is a chioce of 4 methods of entering an access code:
1) Key in access code and door # on keypad
2) Use proximity sensor and enter door # on keypad
3) Use proximity sensor and key in access code and door # on keypad
4) Enter access code and door # from remote location
An access code is entered in the security entry system sending a message to the I/O card in the Enclosure. The message is transmitted to the Smart Master Unit. The access code is analyzed and a message is transmitted back to I/O card on the Enclosure. If the code is approved, the door opens. Information is transmitted to the SmartCabinet Server. Utilizing SMC Smart software, information is organized, analyzed and reports are generated.

Flexibility

• Platinum 42 is available in both 42U and 21U configurations to meet specific needs.
• Platinum 42 accepts an additional 6” power and cable management frame which provides ample space when the application requires it.
• Multiple cable openings and troughs throughout, combined with optional fiber optic grommets, offer versatility in cable management and access where it’s really needed.
• The uniquely designed corner post attachment allows ganging from the interior, simplifying row expansion.
• Top mounted or rear door fans provide optional ventilation solutions.

Premier
Premier™ incorporates strength and style while addressing critical storage needs. From ventilation to cable management to modularity, Premier™ provides a total solution.

Features:

• Revolutionary Cable Management.
• Premier comes standard in single width (25" and 30") and double width (48") versions. The height is 83" with a standard depth of 34" or 36".
• Equipment is easily accessed from the front, rear or sides. It is available in single and double wide versions and all exterior panels can be secured with security locks. The open design enables obstruction free cabling between units, through raised flooring, or from ladder racks above.
• Premier allows you to migrate easily form free standing to all rack mount hardware simply by changing the interior components. It can accommodate any hardware manufacturer to give the data center a consistent look.

Co-Locate Cabinets
Co-Locate Cabinets offer complete individual security. Users or departments are able to freely access their servers while protecting the integrity of adjacent hardware.

Multi-Rack II
